My main objective when illustrating is that my audience has fun and is filled with joy! I've been doing this gig for awhile, almost 34 years. My career started in in editorial illustration back in the late 80's and about 20 years ago I threw my hat into the children's illustration arena. I think the one thing people recognize about my work is my bright color palette and ability to combine complex compositions into a cohesive design. In general, I don't believe you have to be stuck in one style, which probably stems from my background in graphic design. I've heard I'm pretty easy to work with and a pleasure too.
